Duties within the Complex Care, Elderly Medicine unit at Royal Hampshire County Hospital. Supporting patients during their ward stay and endeavouring to safely discharge patients to live as independently as they can in the community. Also, taking care of outlying acute Gastro and surgical patients during the coronavirus pandemic.

Seren holds a Biomedical Science degree from Cardiff University. She has worked, in various roles, for The Slug and Lettuce, The Orangery, Bumble, and Friends of the Earth. She currently works for Marsh Insurance as well as creative director here at Word Barn.
